Triplet Ultrasound

When we first found out that we were going to be parents, I schedule a doctors appointment with an ultrasound. When we went in for the ultrasound the nurse told us that we were having twins!!  The doctor that we were seeing, thought it would be a good idea to start seeing a doctor that was closer to home since we would be going a lot more than usual. We went to the new doctors office and they did a repeat ultrasound. When they started doing the ultrasound, this is what they found... 

When the nurse told me that we were having triplets, I lost it!! Kevin had to calm me down and try to get me to relax. I was a total wreck.The thought of having triplets was scary, especially when the doctors office wasn't specialized in multiple births. So after one visit, we were moving on to a new doctors office. We were referred to EVMS.

Before going to EVMS, we did a lot of research and reading about triplets. We really scared ourselves because there wasn't anything good about having triplets (that we read). After being seen by someone who specializes in multiple births, we were a lot more comfortable to the idea of having triplets.
