Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas with family. Christmas Eve started off at Kevin's aunt's house with a Christmas Eve dinner. After dinner, the kids opened a few presents from Kevin's cousin's. Once they were finished, we hung out for a little while, then headed to my parents house for the night. My dad's side of the family was there and had a little Christmas Eve with the family. Then it was bed time for the kids! They had to get to bed so Santa could come!

Christmas morning we opened presents at my parents house and had breakfast with my family. After breakfast was over, we hung out for a little bit, then headed home. We usually would have gone to Kevin's parents house for Christmas, but we did things a little different this year. Instead, we went home and had our Christmas with the kids & got to see what Santa left for them. It was relaxing and the kids were able to play with a few toys before going over to MomMom and Poppy's house for dinner and Christmas. Before we went over to Kevin's parents, we stopped to visit MeeMaw. We watched her open her Christmas presents and talked with her for a little bit before heading out. Once we got to Kevin's parents house, we got dinner ready. At Christmas we always have Country Ham and it was so tasty!! After dinner we opened up presents then had dessert! Once dessert was done and we relaxed for a little bit, it was time to head home.

The kids said this was their best Christmas ever. Hearing that from them just made Christmas day that much better!
